Jimi Hendrix [Billed as 'The Jimi Hendrix Experience']
This was the only album from the Experience produced by Hendrix, and also the band's most commercially successful release / #53 on the "Rolling Stone 500 Greatest Albums of All Time", 2020. / More accolades? - His only US #1 album; it was ranked # 10 on Classic Rock magazine's list of "The 100 Greatest Rock Albums Ever". Music journalist/ author Peter Doggett argues it is very likely the greatest rock album of all time because of its exceptional concept, artful melodies, experimentation, and skilled musicianship, which he felt remains unparalleled by any other rock artist (from 'Wikipedia'). // Click on Link above, left, to view the original single.

Elmore James [Billed as ' Elmore James And The Broom Dusters']
* - Miller said the song was inspired, when he saw a sign on the side of a barn that read, "Trailers for sale or rent". // ** - Recorded during the same sessions for ' Jimmy & Wes: The Dynamic Duo' (released in 1966)
Comment:
The "Driving" theme was suggested by faithful listener Harold out on the West Coast, and mostly selections by him:
This is one of the first songs written by Jim Morrison; supposedly he wrote it during his days basically living on a rooftop in Venice Beach, LA in 1965. When he first met Ray Manzarek, he told him "Let's swim to the moon, let's climb through the tide, penetrate the evening that the city sleeps to hide". Reportedly Manzarek was awestruck, and they decided to form a band. // * - Ranked No. 409 on Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time', and #20 on Ultimate Classic Rock's list of the "Top 25 Psychedelic Rock Albums".
* Cochran's girlfriend, a passenger in the car that crashed in England and killed Cochran on April 17, 1960. / Click the Link above, left, to view all 76 covers of this classic, his last US chart single before his death.
