I can't seem to figure out if this is a teaser for a new album or just a rando single. Seems like they need money to keep recording. CW: ENTITLED FANS.... Misfits II was renamed "Collection 2" at some point and is controversial among Misfits fans because six of the tracks are not songs the Misfits recorded as a functioning band. They were recorded in 1986, several years after the Misfits broke up, by Glenn Danzig and Samhain bassist Eerie Von for a sequel to Walk Among Us. "Cough/Cool" uses the drum track of the original Misfits version, but Danzig overdubbed guitar and drum machine tracks and new vocals. The song originally had no guitar at all, and was recorded when the Misfits were a three-piece of keyboards, bass and drums.

Mrs. Piss = Chelsea Wolfe + Jess Gowrie ... a shared rock/metal/industrial background and hanging out together during Chelsea Wolfe's "Hiss Spun" tour a whole bunch back in 2017 manifested into this #allkillernofiller album. I love the creative copy they have about this release: "These songs feel more urgent and visceral than anything either of them has created before: heaviness spurred on by punk spirit."

This album is hilarious. And awful. Like an awkward adverb from the president, "This album is strongly bad." It's based on a Spaceghost Coast to Coast character from the early "ots"(sp?), back when #adultswim was awesome!!! #shotsfired #cartoonnetwork

I threw this one in when I saw "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" which is a great weird film that you should check out then immediately listen to this song. :)
